Returns: Contact admin@uucck.com within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective on arrival (DOA): Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video; we will provide RMA instructions.

Non-returnable: Items used, modified, or damaged after delivery; clearances marked final sale.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
